Detailed Explanation for Related Design
The minimum line width: 3 mil (0.762 mm). we can not produce pcb whose linewidth less than 3mil. If design conditions permit, more bigger , more better for production.. The general design width around 8 mil ,this is very important, the designer should consider it.

The distance between the track and the outline is 0.1 mm (4mil).
Via hole (known as conductive hole)
The minimum hole diameter: 0.3 mm (12 mil)
The minimum via hole size is not less than 0.2mm (8mil), one side of Pad should not less than 5 mil (0.15 mm), it would better more than 8mil(0.2mm). (see figure 3)This point is very important, the designer should consider it.
The distance between via holes can not less than 6 mil, 8 mil would be greater . this point is very important, the designer should consider it.
The distance between the PAD and the outline is 0.1mm (4 mil).

The PAD known as plug-in holes (PTH holes)
The plug-in hole size is decided by your components, but must be bigger than your components pin, suggested more than 0.2mm, for example, a 0.6mm sized pin electronic component need match with at least 0.8mm sized plug-in hole size, in case the machining tolerance caused it difficulty to plug into.
The plug-in hole (PTH) PAD ring each side should not less than 0.2 mm (8 mil), of course, the bigger the better (as shown in figure 2 ) this point is very important, the designer should consider it.
Hole to hole spacing, (hole edge to edge) of Plug-in holes (PTH) can not less than 0.3 mm, of course, the bigger the better (as shown in figure 3 )
This is very important, the designer should consider it.
Plug-in holes with soldering open ,SMD opening single side should not less than 0.1 mm (4 mil)
Silk Screen Design(Silk Screen design directly affects the production, the screen clear or not has close relation with design)
The legend width should not less than 0.153 mm (6 mil), the legend height should not less than 0.811 mm(32mil), width to height ratio is better to 5mm, for example, silk screen 0.2mm width match with 1mm height, and by this analogy.
The Non-PTH slot, minimum spacing of slot hole should not less than 1.6 mm, or it will greatly increase the difficulty of the edge routing (figure 4)
The panel divided into panel without space and space. The space of panel should less than 1.6mm (the board thickness is 1.6mm) or it will greatly increase the difficulty of the edge routing. no space panel at least need 0.5 mm. Break-up tab width should not less than 5 mm.
Related Notices Concerned
About the original file of PADS design.
For the PADS file, our company use Hatch to copper pour. After move copper trace, we should copper pour again (use Flood) to avoid short circuit.
In double sided pcb PADS file, hole attribute need choose Through, not buried blind hole If the drilling files cannot be generated , will lead to drilling missed.
In PADS designing slots can not add with the components at the same time, because the wrong action cannot generate GERBER file, , please add slot in Drill Drawing .
About PROTEL99SE and DXP designing file
Our solermask is as soldermask layer for standard, if the Paste layer need to be designed, and Multilayer's solder mask cannot produce the GERBER, please move to solder mask layer .
Don't lock the outline in Protel99SE , that will result in unable to generate GERBER.
Please do not select KEEPOUT options in the DXP file, the wrong action result in shielding shape line and other components, finally unable to make GERBER.
please note the design of the front side and reverse side, in principle, the top is the right words, the bottom should be designed into the reverse words, our company make board with superposition technology from top to bottom. pay close attention to single side board , don't mirror at option !
Other matters need attention.
The appearance (such as the frame, slots, V - CUT) must be put in KEEPOUT layer or mechanical layer, can not put in other layers, such as silk screen layer and track layer.All slot holes need mechanical forming should be placed in one layer, to avoid missing slots or holes.
If the appearance of mechanical and the KEEPOUT layer is different ,please mark special instructions, the outline should be effective one, for example, lines of outside board's should be deleted, avoid missing routing the inside slot, and hole designed in mechanical and KEEPOUT layer were generally make with no copper hole when making.( Cut copper when doing film). if the hole need be PHT hole, please note.
If you want to do PHT slot,the safest way is panel multi pad together, this is the most correct way
Ordering gold finger pcb need note whether to do bevel edge chamfering processing.
When you give the GERBER file, please check whether have any layer absent, generally we will make the board according to the GERBER file directly.
